How to delete your data

To have your conversations and contact details removed from Lealo (the customer-service inbox used by Cool Brands Group, Pristine Aroma and Kapsä):

1. Email care@pristinearoma.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Tell us the Instagram username, Facebook name, phone number or email you messaged us from.

We will delete your contact record, conversations and attachments within 30 days and confirm by reply. Deleting your data here does not delete messages stored by Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp themselves.
